"Jenn is PHENOMENAL!  I was new to the whole ‘Cat Nanny’ thing but needed someone to care for my sick kitty, Lola, while I was away for Thanksgiving.  I found Jenn online (being new to this I definitely wanted someone who was bonded and insured-her First Aid Certification didn’t hurt either) and called her right away (literally a few days before I was planning to head out of town).  Right from the start Jenn was completely flexible and accommodating and made me feel like her #1 priority.  She came over for an initial consultation/meet-and-greet and I knew she was absolutely perfect.  She treated Lola as if she was her own and I just felt completely at ease.  I actually had 2 cats at the time, Lola and Macy, but Macy is typically so scared of strangers that I didn’t anticipate Jenn meeting him at all.  Well, on day 1 of Jenn’s visits both cats met her at the door and INSTANTLY loved her!  Jenn spoiled my cats (with love and catnip), took care of Lola in an absolute emergency and helped me feel at ease while I was out of town.  I cannot say enough about Jenn’s service-once you’ve worked with Jenn you won’t want to work with anyone else!  I refer everyone I know to Jenn because she is THE BEST!"
